How can I get my prescriptions?
We recommend you to make an appointment with your local optometrist, or find us near you, or call up the optical shop where you made your current glasses, they should have your prescription.
Can I order multiple items with different prescriptions?
Yes, you can do so by selecting different prescriptions for different item. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What if I have changes to be made after order placed?
Contact our customer care line within one day as we process orders quickly and hence we will make changes with our best effort.
Can I collect my item in store?
Definitely yes. Please email us the store of your choice and we will arrange it for you as soon as possible.

We are currently shipping within Malaysia and Brunei only.
How long can I get my item?
For Ready Stock item :
Local (Miri) | Within 1-2 working days | FREE |
East Malaysia | Within 2-5 working days | RM10 |
West Malaysia | Within 7-14 working days | RM15 |
Brunei | Within 7 working days | ~ BND13 |
Return an item
Send us a return request by email to hello.desopticsgroup@gmail.com. You will receive a feedback in 1-2 working days and the instructions and or assistance to proceed with the return.
The shipping cost of the return must be paid by the customer. The responsibility of the package delivery is held upon the customer.
