We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
Valid Prescription Required
When placing an order through our website, you agree that any orders placed are correct. If unsure on how to place an order, contact our retail support team via our Des Optics Careline: +6019 - 349 3963 or visit our local outlets in Miri.
You can place an order either in-store or online, using an existing prescription from Des Optics or an outside optometrist. It must not have expired, must have your full name and the prescribing optometrist's contact information and must be for optical glasses and not contact lenses.
When placing your order online, you must enter your PD (pupillary distance). This can be obtained from your existing optometrist or by visiting one of our outlets.
If a frame that you want to order is not available online, this means that it is currently out of stock at our lab and will be restocked shortly. Restock dates vary so we will be unable to estimate when the frame may be back in stock.
You represent and warrant to us by placing an order for prescription contact lenses that the information you enter into the Site is valid and true and matches exactly your prescription as provided by your eye care provider. You understand that we will not fulfill your order for prescription lenses unless you have a valid prescription. You hereby consent to our contacting your eye care provider, if necessary, to verify your prescription information and any other necessary information.
All orders for prescription glasses are final and Des Optics is not liable for any errors made when entering your prescription information if placing an order online. Ordering
Please note that items in your cart are not secured until you have submitted your order successfully and may sell out during the process.
All payments are required to be made upon checkout. Orders will be canceled with or without prior notice if payment is not successfully received during this period. Re-order can be made if the item(s) is still available.
If you are interested in purchasing multiple pairs using different prescriptions (e.g. one for you and one for your spouse; one pair for distance and one for reading), please place a separate order for each prescription. If collecting in store, a member of the team will be in touch once the glasses have passed our quality control checks and are ready to be collected.
Once your order is submitted, we cannot add or remove items from your order. All sales are final and strictly no cancellations or exchanges are allowed once payment is received.
We reserve the right to refund the full amount to customer if we are not able to deliver the ordered item due to some reason, exp:- defect on garment and it’s the last piece.
All prices are final and non-negotiable.
All payment will be made in terms of Malaysia Ringgit (RM).
Exchange rate will be based on PayPal.
Payment verifications will be made within 3 working days only.
Strictly NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for SALE items.

Shipping
All orders are packed for delivery by the next business day once payment is received successfully.
In the event that the package is returned to us due to the customer’s error in indicating the incorrect and/or insufficient address, a re-delivery fee would be charged and be payable by the customer.
DesOpticsGroup.com will ensure that parcels are carefully wrapped and secure before mailing it out.
DesOpticsGroup.com will not be held responsible or extend any further service for any damaged or loss packages during the delivery caused by courier company.

Strictly no splitting of orders – We will only deliver order to the address stated on your invoice. Request of delivering order to 2 addresses is not allowed.
International Order
Packages are shipped via registered postage which includes a tracking number and signature confirmation upon delivery.
Product Information
The prices displayed on our website are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (RM).
We make an effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen. Hence, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
